This is a first for a Lancôme mascara and an innovation for Pochet du Courval, a master in the art of shaping glass since 1623.
8 Hypnôse, a mascara with a brand new glass bottle
8 Hypnôse is reinvented with a glass bottle, inspired by the original design of Hypnôse mascara. It mixes clean lines and bold curves depending on the angle from which you look at it.
The precision of the glass is a real technical challenge achieved by Pochet du Courval, which has managed to transcribe the details of the edges and curves that make the charm of this packaging.
Note the thinness of the base and the detail of the angles that give the silhouette of the bottle a jewel-like appearance.
8 Hypnôse, a mascara with a reduced environmental impact
The 8 Hypnôse bottle contains 15% recycled glass from household collections. Thanks to a specific sorting of extra white glass only, the glass keeps its transparency and brilliance without compromising on quality.
The glass bottle has a delicate black gradient lacquering – not opaque – which allows it to be integrated into the glass recycling channels.
