Supervisory Board
Composed of family and non-family members, the Supervisory Board oversees the commitments made by the Group.

Composed of 11 members, the Executive Committee directs the various activities of the Group. Its members are at the head of the operational and functional divisions.

Xavier Gagey
President of Groupe Pochet
Xavier Gagey is CEO of Groupe Pochet which he joined in 2018 as Managing Director of the Pochet du Courval Glass Division. A graduate of the École Supérieure d’Électricité (SUPELEC) with an MBA from the EDHEC, he was previously Managing Director of the Welded Tubes Division at Aperam, a global player in stainless steel production. Xavier brings the Group his expertise in organizational transformation in a global context, and 20 years of experience working in a complex and very competitive industrial universe. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer since September 2021.

François Lardennois
Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for the Group & Supervisory Board Member
François Lardennois joined Groupe Pochet in June 2016 as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for the Group. François is also responsible for the Group’s Information Systems and Purchasing activities. A graduate from ESLSCA and holder of an MBA from HEC Paris, he was previously CFO of the Groupe Delachaux, a global player in rail infrastructure. He previously held financial management positions in several automotive equipment companies (Novares, Valeo & Dana). Customer focus, value creation, risk management and the innovative transformation of his role are the heart of François’s endeavors.

Anna Heinry
Human Resources Director of Groupe Pochet & Supervisory Board Member
Anna joined the Groupe Pochet in 2022. Anna has built a solid HR career in the high-tech and pharmaceutical sectors. Anna was previously HR Director of the Renewable Energies entity of the General Electric group, where she strongly contributed to the transformation of this activity.
With a degree from CELSA and an MBA in Human Resources, her rich background has allowed her to understand all facets of Human Resources in terms of strategy, human relations, management and communication. Anna is currently the HR Director of the Groupe Pochet.

Benoit Marszalek
Director of Operations Pochet du Courval
Benoît Marszalek joined Groupe Pochet in December 2007 as Head of Information Systems to transform the IT function. In 2012, he took over the management of the Supply Chain and then of the factories, to become Head of Operations of the Glass Division in 2021. A graduate of the École Française d’Électronique et d’Informatique (EFREI), he was previously in charge of IT management at AstraZeneca. Benoit brings the group his expertise in managing transformation projects and an excellent knowledge of industrial management processes. Industrial excellence and a taste for challenges by mobilizing teams to achieve ambitious goals are the core of Benoît’s commitments.

Yves-Édouard Desombre
Director of Operations of Qualipac
Yves-Edouard joined the Pochet Group in 2022 as Operations Director of Qualipac. Yves-Edouard has evolved throughout his career in supply chain and operations roles for industrial companies in various international contexts.
He has notably held the position of Director of European Operations within the AMCOR Group.
Yves-Edouard is a graduate of the ICAM engineering school.
Continuous improvement, the desire for transformation and the respect of commitments are at the heart of Yves-Edouard’s work.

Eric Lafargue
Group Commercial Director
Éric entered the world of Beauty packaging in 1992 and has since then held various sales positions which have awarded him a strong knowledge of the cosmetics market and an expertise in glass, plastics and metal. After 12 years working for Qualipac, in 2016, he was promoted to the position of Head of Sales for Pochet du Courval. Éric is currently Commercial Director for Pochet Group.

Alexis Gosset
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS, GROUPE POCHET
Alexis Gosset joined the Group in 2019 in the Finance department of the Qualipac division. With a double degree in Engineering/Management from ISEP and Audencia, he began his career in Financial Auditing at EY before joining Groupe Danone’s Controlling teams in Abidjan and then Paris. In recent years, Alexis has led a number of structuring projects for the Group, and since 2023 has held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships.

François Blond
GROUP CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR
François Blond joined the Pochet Group in October 2019 as Head of Financial Control. With a Master’s degree in Finance from Paris-Dauphine University, he began his career in 2008 in financial auditing at EY for 3 years. He then joined Veolia in the Investment and Major Projects Committee, before moving on to the Veolia Industries Global Solutions development team. Since joining Groupe Pochet, he has been in charge of Corporate Finance and the Qualipac Division.

Guillaume De Roberty
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS, GROUPE POCHET
Guillaume de Roberty joined the Pochet Group in May 2022 as Chief Information Officer. Trained in law and agri-food trade at IHEDREA, he moved from Supply Chain to Information Technology.
His career took him to key positions in the BEL Group’s information systems department in France and abroad, before moving on to the Teva pharmaceutical group and the Tereos cooperative (Beghin Say), where he held the positions of project manager and applications manager.
He is convinced that information systems and digital technologies are essential levers of performance to be put at the service of the company’s players and its customers.

Mélina Weinmann
Marketing and Innovation Director, Groupe Pochet
Melina Weinmann joined the Group in 1993 after graduating with a degree in Packaging Engineering. She has spent her entire career in development at Pochet du Courval, where she took over as CEO in 2016. Over the years, she has contributed to the structuring and digitization of development at PCO, to the implementation of multi-material projects within the Pochet Group, and has played a key role in harmonizing operations between PCO’s various departments. In April 2024, she was appointed Marketing and Innovation Director for the Pochet Group.
